Menu options not available after new installation

Hi,
I have been using older MuseScore versions for ages, but had to reinstall now after my computer died, so that I have now 2.2 on my system (Windows 10).
However, after the new installation, many menu options are greyed out, among them really basic stuff, such as Print.
What went wrong?
I need to print out something for tomorrow morning... :-(

Print would be greyed out if you have no score open. Otherwise it should be there. Are you sure you have a score loaded? What else is greyed out?

Also, some things are greyed out if you are currently in Edit Mode (after having double clicked something to edit it). So be sure to hit Esc to get out of Edit Mode.
