Play on Pass
Play on pass is available on Sibelius when a simple repeat is played in the first pass and the third pass after a DS al coda. How can I replicate this on Musescore

the file preceded by a dot and followed by a comma is a backup file
In short, you cannot. MuseScore supports voltas - alternate endings - but not really arbitrary passages within a repeated section marked "first time only". Just include the text and know human will understand, even if the computer-generated playback does not. If for some reason you need a more accurate playback, you can create a copy of the score with the repeats "unrolled".

Note that since 2.2 volta's at arbitrary location are supported as well; but that still wouldn't solve the question here as it still affects all instruments etc..
