No sound after upgrade
I just upgraded to version 2.2.1 [OS: Windows , Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 2.2.1, revision: 51b8386] and now I cannot get any sound at all out of the programme.

See #270996: No sound on upgrade to 2.2 if default soundfont was saved as default and the workaround listed there:
•Workaround: Open Synthesizer and add the default soundfont again or revert to factory settings, loosing all palettes, shortcuts etc... (or manually delete synthesizer.xml)

Sorry but I have no idea where to do that. The View synthesizer shows nothing about sound fonts

Open a score;
Open the Synth, Fluid tab, and press the "add" button, MuseScore_General.sf3 appears;
Click the "Set as Default" button.

Ah! Looking at the form in Help I don't have that text in the first tab. It is blank. Used and and now I have sound. Thanks
