The quavers' problem

Hello!

I had a pretty strange problem.

Recently I had composed a sonata. When I was using the playback function to play the piece, the quavers with 2 in a group have some rhythm problems. (Well it's really hard to explain but I'll try my best.) When I insert 2 quavers, it plays me a dotted quaver with a semi-quaver. However this problem only occurs in 2,3,4 movement of the sonata and only for the right-hand staff. I've checked all of my settings and I couldn't find any clues for this problem.

I really don't know how to explain but if anyone knows the solution please tell me. The download link of the piece is located below.
