Adding arrows
Is there a way to add arrows like these in Musescore? 
(I added those with Word, after inserting the file as image so it is a very impractical method)

You can press 'Z' and type 'Arrows' and change the color from 'Inspector'.
Or you could do something as explained here: https://musescore.org/en/node/278417
and/or a mix of the two
