Apply key signature change to existing notes?

I am aware that I can change the key signature change to an existing piece by selecting a key signature from the palettes side menu. However, when I do this, it applies naturals to notes that would be affected by the key, such that they are the same in the new key.

I want to change the key without adding naturals, so that the notes changes as a result of the new key.
