MS3 - Midi configuration problem: MMSystem

Hello,
Musescore 3 don't specifies my midi configuration properly (see image)
I tried selecting each but apparently, it's not only a name problem
(LoopBe1 not detected and there is no MMSystem working)

I saw people had this problem on the beta version but I havent found a solution
