Dynamic set of instruments
This software is great anyway, but some features I miss a lot.
I've already read some posts about better articulation of notes, better dynamics that is planned for some time... Yes, I miss them much just like ability to change velocity on 1 note / chord / voice on them.
But this post is about something else I haven't found here - maybe bad searching...
It would be great to be able, for example, to extract some tracks (because the whole orchestra doesn't play all the time - to avoid useless rests) or to change some instrument on-the-fly (for example oboe / English horn). It would be very usefull and very helpful and more beautiful and readable scores could be produced.
Thanks anyway...

Extract some tracks is possible already (parts), but will be much improved on the next version (linked parts)
change instrument mid-stave will be possible in the next version and can get 'faked' in the current version.

Could you tell me what a fake it is?

make invisible empty staves, Style / Edit General Style / Score:

an example

That's one option, another is via http://musescore.org/en/handbook/change-and-adjust-sounds.
Use Trumpet or violin as the instrument, and assign a different MIDI sound to each variant of these instruments in the mixer.

Thanks for your quick answer. I tried both options but only the first one is applicable. The second one depands much on the soundfont?? I use - I didn't realize to get other channel than "normal" to the instrument in the Stuff Text Properties window though there were three possibilities in the mixer window.
For example 1. Violins - normal / pizzicato / tremolo
More, I couldn't use for example pizzicato on violins, if I map a trumpet to it...
Thanks anyway....

The way to do this is to edit the instruments.xml that comes with MuseScore and tell MuseScore to use your custom version (Edit / Preferences). If you search for trumpet or violin in that file, you will see how it defines "channels" for other sounds. You could then do the same for oboe, adding a "channel" for English horn. Then next time you start up MuseScore, you'll find that English horn is now an option if you add staff text and select Staff Text Properties, as well as being listed as an option in the mixer.

That is why I called it fake :-)
If I understand what you mean when you say you want to "extract some tracks (because the whole orchestra doesn't play all the time - to avoid useless rests)", then it sounds like you mean, you want the score itself to not display the staves for instruments that have rests. This is already possible - Style / Edit General Style / Hide Empty Staves. It is a bit limited in that bad things happen if the top staff is ever hidden, since a number of markings like tempos and voltas are automatically associated with the top staff. I believe this is fixed for the next version already.
