selecting limited to region or page or or or
I'm using OS: macOS High Sierra (10.13), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.5.21343, revision: 58dd23d
I downloaded and imported a MIDI file into musescore and it looks like the there are 1000s of tempo markings as shown in the attached image.
Is there a way for me to remove some of these without doing it one by one, and without removing all of them. I'm open to ideas. I'd like to remove all on the visible page, or all between to numbered measures, or or or. I've tried using the selection filter to select "similar items", but that selects all the tempo markings. I don't want to delete all of them because the piece need some tempo indicators, but it doesn't need 10 to 20 per measure.

I would bit by bit select a range of measures, then right click on a tempo mark->select->all similar elements in range selection, if necessary deselect a tempo mark of this selection via "ctrl" which should stay.
