musescore3 software
I have a new computer with microsoft windows 10 I downloaded musescore3 to my new computer. When I click on to the icon on my desktop musescore appears very large where I can not see everything. I've been rattling my brain trying to change this. I right click the icon I check the comp. it says windows 8 highlightedthe other choices are vista 1&2 and windows seven. This is suppose to be compatible with windows 10

It is compatible. It just seems to have issues with your display setup.
Try changing the settings on your computer so that everything is more "zoomed out" if that makes sense

Like the stretch setting, I guess it is set to 150%, try 125%
It is a known issue that the Styles dialog and the Mixer don't work too well on smaller screen with high DPI and hight stretch factors.
You can also try the
-d DPIcommand line option of MuseScore
