No web access using 3.x.
From the Spanish forum https://musescore.org/en/node/290074. This user is not getting web access from any 3.x version I asked if they used -w on the command line, but from the answer I don't think they would know how to do that.
Any ideas how to get the web access back?

I should have thought about the firewall. I passed that along. I'll keep the factory reset in my back pocket if the firewall doesn't work.
