tremolo vs tremoland? I don't know what that means. To get the triplets in your picture enter note input mode (press n) then press 5 (for a quarter note durations) ctrl+3 to create a triplet. If the triplet has 3 8th notes, enter them as normal, the default after ctrl+3 is to enter 8th notes. For the triplet with a dotted 1/4 note, after ctrl+3 press 5. (make sure you press the period) and end the note, it will end up being a dotted 1/4 note.
