Uploading a PDF score
No matter how clean the original sheet music used to create a PDF, I have been totally unsuccessful in uploading a composition to MuseScore. Since my MAIN objective is to import purchased sheet music and then transpose it, this is quite disappointing. Any hints?

If there are more than about 2 instruments or more than 1 voice on a piano or guitar part forget the import tool. Learn to use the program and enter it that way. We're here to help you if you run into difficulties.

Ok, well that, unfortunately, is no help. I have played around with the tool and it is more complicated to use than I thought. I am only interested in transposing a cappella arrangements of sheet music I have purchased legally. I keep thinking there should be an easier way! Thanks for your response, though. I appreciate that you took the time to do so.

a cappella songs are rather easy to copy into MuseScore, you really only need to learn 3 or 4 key actions and it is quite straight forward from there.
