when i open musescore all the sounds in my computer is muted
hello, when I open musescore everything works great but all the other sounds except for musescore itself are muted.
I am trying to open musescore, but when i open it all the other programs are muted.

In case of interference with other programs, esp. on Windows, go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked
Could it be the opposite?

Try opening the System Mixer/Volume and checking the settings;
From MuseScore->Preferences->I/O Restart Audio;
Check the synthesizer https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/soundfonts-and-sfz-files#synthesizer
