Playback not available

I've reinstalled, and reverted to factory settings, I've made sure i'm not in note input mode and I still am unable to playback the music. Any suggestions on what else I could do to try and fix this problem?

I have the newest version of MuseScore 3, I'm on windows 10, and my headphones work perfectly fine. They are brand new SteelSeries Arctic Pro's.

I went over to the page you sent me, and I have no option to click on "Synthesizer" the option is grey'd out. I did a factory reset, and the option is still grey'd out.

Try to start MuseScore after connecting them, see also
Note: In case of interference with other programs, esp. on Windows, go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked.?
