Different dynamics for individual voicings?

hey folks

is there a way to make certain voicings - or even certain notes - a different volume than others in the same staff?

For instance - V1 plays the bass clef left hand, right hand has V1 playing long sustained quarter and half notes whiles voices 2 and 3 play different rhythms. Can I make the V1 2 and 3 have different dynamics?
