[Piano Roll][need-to-discuss] QSpinBoxes should be able to change values when they are enabled.

As an attached screenshot image shows, they are confusing since they cannot change their values.

We have three possible solutions.

1, make them work when a single item is selected.
2, make them QLabels
3, make them disable all the time.
