You can have your special footer in your template and then create score from that template (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/create-new-score-0#templates). Or you can setup and save your style (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting-0#save-and-load…) and load that in preferences (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/preferences#score) and then not use templates.
