changing distance between specific systems

I transcribe a lot of hymns for printing in my worship bulletins and need to conserve space. Problem is when I have a hymn with, say 4 verses, and I adjust the distance for the top and the bottom of the text in Page Layout, I come to the end of my song, and the refrain system hangs out at the bottom like a lost soul. Is there any way I can move that last system up to join the rest of the song?
