That instrument is not part of the original General MIDI specification, so most soundfonts won't contain a sample. As it happens, the one that comes with MsueScore does, but it's only available as part of a drum set, at MIDI pitch 84 apparently. So you could define a custom drumset as described in the Handbook under "Drum notation". Or search around to find a specialty (non-GM) soundfont that contains this sound as a regular instrument.
