Cannot drag new time signature to palette

Opened Master Palette, selected Time Signature, adjusted parameters, clicked Add. New time signature appeared in Master Palette.

Dragged new time signature to score - no problem.

Added new workspace and opened Time Signatures. Reopened Master Palette. Dragged new time signature to palette - no effect. Time Signature can only be used from Master Palette.

Please help.

Musescore 2.0.2, Revision f51dc11.

Thanks, but what that doesn't say is that (as I've just discovered) you have to right click the palette name and select Enable Editing.

Problem resolved, but the handbook needs updating to make this clear, or better still change the program so that editing is automatically enabled in a new workspace.
