Measure numbers
New user of Musescore here. On my score, there are no bar numbers anywhere. Is there a setting I have to use to change this? I don't need numbers on every bar, but some every now and then would be helpful. I am using the most current version on Windows 10 if that helps.

The default for new scores is to show bar numbers at the beginning of each system, as per the most common standard in published music. If you wish a different scheme, go to Style / General / Header, Footer, Numbers and select from the options there.

Thank you! The option to have numbers on each system wasn't checked for some reason, but its working now.

As I mentioned, the *default* is for that option to be checked, but there are several reasons why it might not have been for your particular score:
1) you might have inadvertently unchecked it at some point in the past
2) the score might have originally been created by someone else who unchecked it deliberately
3) the score might have been created from a template that deliberately unchecked it for whatever reason (eg, the Jazz Lead Sheet template unchecks it because measure numebrs are not normally used in that context)
