I am trying to arrange Augie's Great Municipal Band from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, and I noticed that there was not a whistle. I would really appreciate it if you added it. Thanks!

Is it a particular type of whistle you're missing? MuseScore has slide whistle and a few different types of tin whistle—type "whistle" into the filter below the instruments list and you'll see.
There is also a Samba whistle available in the drumset, but you have to use the Edit Drumset dialogue to get to it.
