Grace notes as a chord

Enter a grace note, select it and use Shift + note name to stack more grace notes.

Could there be an additional way?

Drag the grace note onto the existing grace note - it'll add to it. The only slight problem is, it's unlikely to land where you want it to, but it's changeable and a possibly rare situation anyway.
