added key signatures
selected 2nd bar line in to add repeat bar line at beginning - all added except piano bass staff
undid
selected 1st bar, double clicked repeat sign - 2 repeat bar line in top staff (flute), none in piano bass staff.
Comments
Then joined piano staves - repeat appeared.
Unable to reproduce, r1598, Windows XP.
What instruments did you add when you created the score?

This has happened in numerous scores. It is intermittant so it's hard to say what is influencing it.
My standard score, right now is for (top down) Flute, Trombone, Piano, Double bass and Claves.
