Problem downloading update
HELP! Received an email message that new 2.03 update was ready. Download fails & the following error message appears.
Error writing to file:
C:\Program Files (x86)MuseScore2\locale\instrumentsw_qa.qm
Verify you have access to directory
You've given two button options
Retry Cancel
Retry option fails & you're force to select Cancel-this ends up cancelling the download & removes MuseScore
I've check on my C drive & the file doesn't exist there. Currently using Windows7 & waiting for access to downloading Windows10.
The bad part is this process has removed access to my old MuseScore program so I have absolutely no access to using any MuseScore versions.
Please please HELP.

Try to download again changing the browser (IE/FF ecc.)

I have tried to download MuseScore 2.03 using both Chrome & Internet Explorer & receive the exact same error message using either browser.
Is that what you meant by trying a different brower?
Please let me know.

Yes, FF= FireFox.
