How do I change the tablature string displays?
So, let's say I want D3 to be notated. The tableture is showing a 0 on the third string, however I want a 5 to be notated on the second string. How do I change that?

See the Handbook under Tablature to learn how to enter notes onto tablature staves. I guess you are entering on a standard staff and then having MuseScore automatically pick a string for you when converting to tab, but if you wish to control which strings are used, it will be better to enter directly onto the tablature staff as explained in the Handbook.
If you basically like the choices made by default but just need to change one or two, you can do it with Ctrl+Up/Down (with the tablature note selected).
