Change Duration of Multiple Notes
It would be very helpful to select a range of notes and either double the duration or half the duration. It would also be useful to be able to change a range of notes to a specific duration

Yes, this is a common request, but more complex than it appears. See for example the discussion at https://musescore.org/en/node/72716. Some day I'm sure we'll get something going.
A possible solution to this could be a hot key that doubles the duration and then moves to the next note where the key could be used again to double that note an so forth.
I know there is a hot key to double the last note entered and one to half the last note entered but that would work well for doing several notes.
