Few elements don't resize in small staves + octave change uncorrect

Hi again,
still with Kubuntu, MuseScore 0.9.5 rev 1565

I've encountered 2 little bugs:

1) I've a score with 2 solo parts and piano. My piano part is in the normal size, and teh 2 solo parts are small staves. Some elements don't resize: changes of key and measure changes, dynamics remain in 100 % size.

2) When changing a note to one octava higher or lower with the shorcut "Ctrl + up/down arrow", it flipssometimes to the enharmonic for example C sharp flips to D flat.
In a new score, one staff of piccolo, C major, 4/4, happens with:

c sharp (-> d flat)
g sharp a.s.o.
d sharp
a sharp
e sharp
b sharp

g flat (-> f sharp)
c flat a.s.o.
f flat

It seems to occurs whatever the key signature is.
Does somebody knows why?
