What plug-ins are available?
Is there any way of finding a full list of current Plug-ins and what each of them will do?
I'm using 2.0.3 and when I look in Plug-in Mgr, I see a list of about a dozen but I suspect there are many more but they will need to be installed.
I don't want to do that until I know what's available and if I need them.

See https://musescore.org/en/plugins. They're not properly organized at present—some of them only work with MuseScore 1. In general, if the download includes a QML file, it will work with MuseScore 2.

That list combines both 1.x and 2.x compatible plugins. When looking for plugins for 2.x, look for those that consist out of .qml-files. The .js variants only work with 1.x
One of the items I hope to tackle for the 3.0 release is a better Plugin Manager and browser (a bit like an app store), but that's still quite a long way off.
