slow Boot Win7 MS 2.3

I've read and tried the preferences Start Empty and Start Center...even running as Administrator it takes as much as 3 minutes to boot. If I don't run as administrator it takes up to 5 minutes...
It has to be interface problem works fast load on in Ver 2.0

Can you try Help / Revert to Factory Settings? Could be an issue in the preferences file, or maybe some score MuseScore is trying to load at startup, perhaps just for the recent files list in the Start Center.
