Hi all, is there the possibility to have the cursor adjustable during playback (anticipate the scrolling of a line/measure)?
eg.: Select an advance of No.X measures (for the page change), in this way the performer could see the following measure that he will have to play.

Yes, I'd like this one. Using Musescore, muting one of the parts, I play duets with myself (story of my life...) and when the cursor gets to the end of the page I'm sweating bullets...
Applies to vertical scrolling and horizontal page shifting. If one thinks of how a performer works with the page turner, the performer has a cursor in her head, and gives a nod when the page turner flips the page before the mental cursor has reached the end of the page.
I think Shoichi has got it right for a simple solution. Some people want to examine the last bar closely, and they can have "anticipation factor" zero. Others (lonely duetists, sob!) can set it to n beats or whatever. I think the best wording is that the page transition Anticipates (takes action before) the cursor.

During the execution of a track that spans pages would be very helpful if the page changes, happen in advance to allow the performer to "preload" the next line even in that event.
In the case of a page break, you could turn the page with the advance of a line and bring this line
at the beginning of the newly turned page. In the case of vertical scrolling on the underlying page, you could just anticipate scrolling to the penultimate line.
Who reads and plays needs to read in advance the joke or subsequent trips to have it run properly.
Such an event can be slow in the case of a beat from 4/4 which contains a whole note (occupies the entire abutment) maybe tied with a ligature of value, and therefore is not played letting the last sound of the previous bar is prolonged for throughout the next bar.
This event can also be fast and complex as in the case of a sequence of sixteenth notes that occupy 1/16 abutment ... or worse demisemiquavers ...
In this last case to have the possibility to read in advance the next beat to that running becomes fundamental. In a paper score you try to locate the top of the next page a slow event or simple or melodically expected to facilitate the execution in that short period in which, for example, the assistant to the pianist once the page manually.
Musescore allows layouts of all kinds, of course there is the ability to force a 'head' but this is sometimes not formally acceptable to the truncated layout that follows. The idea to turn the page well in advance (preferably a full line not to lose the reading horizontal synchronization) and bring back the last line of the previous page could solve the difficulties on the next page.
