Trouble with Tempos
Hello, Musescore 2 is not letting me add a tempo marking from the tempo Pallate. Thus I can adjust the playback tempo in the Play Panel, but not the "actual" (100%) tempo of the tune. I'd like to do this so I can export MIDI at the proper tempo.
I'm wondering if others have run into this problem, or what I'm missing. On some files I have been able to use this option to mark and change tempo, sometimes not.

What goes wrong when you try? How are you doing it? The correct procedure is, click the note or rest you want it to apply to (eg, first note/rest of the piece) then either double click the tempo marking in the palette or press Alt+T. Or, drag the marking from the palette *directly on top of the note/rest in question*. See the Handbook under "Tempo" for more info.
If that doesn't help, please attach the specific score you are having problems with.
