Artifacts after scaling part

Problems occur with the clefs and time signatures when you scale a staff in a part.

In the example attached, after the part was created, it was scaled to 75%. The clef in measure 1 is then the wrong size and the time signatures in measures 1, 5, 7, and 10 are positioned incorrectly. The problems appear only in measures with multimeasure rests and go away if the multimeasure rests option is turned off.

Note that the staff in the main score can be scaled and the multimeasure rests option can be enabled without causing problems. The problem only occurs in the parts, as far as I can tell.
