How to Enter Repeat Barline in Between Bars

I need to add a repeat barline after beat 2 of a 3/4 measure. Please tell me how to do that.

From the Handbook:
•Drag a symbol from the Barlines palette onto a note or rest. (Beat #3 for your particular case)
•Select a note or rest, then double-click a symbol in the Barlines palette.

If you want playback to honor the repeat, you can split the measure.
