XP SP3 9.5 r1619 Crash on Fine

Attached is a file I am working on. When I try to add a fine to the last bar by dragging, the program crashes.

Sorry, here is the file.
See the entry for r.1619 in the README notes for the prereleases. This is a known crash and apparently already fixed in truck.

Sorry about the jargon. It means someone fixed the problem and the fix will be available in the next prerelease.
In general, the "trunk" holds the latest, cutting-edge code for MuseScore.
