manual placement broken for grace-note-after
If I select a grace-note-after, go into the inspector, turn OFF Automatic-placement, start increasing Horizontal offset, I observe that the note head gets disconnected from its stem and flag.
I'm also attaching the score.
I'm using the git-latest compiled version.

I'd say this is by design and not restircted to grace notes, you are Change the Offset of an element, which here is the head d a grace note. Use chord offset to affect notheads, stem and flags in on go
