Purpose of groupsand posting to group

One of my followers would like me to post a score to his group. How do I do it and would I still keep my copyright?

Posting your score anywhere and copyright have nothing to do with one another.
If a score is really yours, you hold the Copyright (unless you explicitly state it to be Public Domain or CC0 or some such).
If you mean how to prevent if from being spread and used elsewhere illegally: you need a lawyer to sue those and before that someone who finds that violation for you

I am really stupid but am 79....and appreciate your help very much!
How would I post a score to a follower? He has given me his link.
When it is posted to his group, what could he use it for?
I have a creative commons copyright.
