Plugin for changing staff line spacing and arrangements?

Is there a plugin that has been written for muse score that allows changing the line space distances and arrangements.
What I want are the 1st 3 lines of the bass clef, G B D then a 10% gray space of 1 1/2 in which E, F would go. From the lowest position in the bass, it would be...1 1/2 gray space, then G B D (3 lines, same arrangement as the normal bass clef), then E, F gray space then G B D (3 lines). When they are all stacked the total clef goes from D2 to D6. I have PNG pictures of what I want. What I need to know is, is there a plugin already written for alternate notation creation, or is there one coming up? I have Muse score 1.1 right now.
