How to alter the playback highlights
The playback highlighting on MuseScore.com is a little different than in the software itself. On MuseScore.com, any given active measure is highlighted with faded red coloring. In MuseScore itself, each sounding note is highlighted with a blue color and an adjacent vertical blue bar. Each approach has its advantages, but is there a way to alter the highlighting method in either environment?
The current highlighting methods interfere with the colored notes plugin I use. On MuseScore.com, is there a way to change the red measure highlight to a light gray. Or in the MuseScore software, can I turn off the blue coloring on the sounded notes so that only the vertical bar appears? Thank you for any feedback or comments. I appreciate your help!

None of them possible for the time being. But feel free to open a feature request in the issue tracker for Musescore : http://musescore.org/en/project/issues and in the improving Musescore.com group for musescore.com http://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com
I too would like to have the option of a scrolling highlight for each measure along with the a highlighted tempo marker ---- or a Mitch Miller bouncing ball on beat. selfishly this is to help me with my guitar timing and chord changes as a new player.
