Assuming you mean the text that appears at the top, just double click and edit like any other text. if you mean what shows up on the tab, no easy* way to do that other than delete and recreate, but that title doesn't actually show up anywhere in the print, so it's usually not worth the bother.
*You can do it if you open the MSCX file within the MSCZ archive with a text editor.
