page 1 of 2 not printing correctly

I am using "$p / $n" on odd-right and even-left. Page 2 (even-left) prints correctly as "2 / 2".
But Page 1 only prints " / 2". There's nothing in the middle of the page, so the middle is not overlaying the missing "1".

I haven't gotten to page 3 on any of my scores yet.

This is version 2.0.3.
