Custom key signature does not automatically transpose notes

1. Open a score or start a new one
2. Open Master Palette
3. Navigate to Key Signatures tab
4. Create a custom key signature (for simplicity we shall use G major/E minor)
5. Add custom key signature to the master palette
6. Drag the custom key signature from the master palette onto the score
7. Add a note that are affected by the key signature in bars which contain the custom key signature

Expected result: F notes automatically transpose to F sharp (if a custom G major/E minor is used) and have no accidentals.

Actual result: F notes do not transpose. Requiring the user to automatically set invisible the accidental for all affected notes.
