Composite time signatures
It would be really helpful to have the possibility to indicate not only ordinary time signatures but, as it happens in Finale, to Indicate time signatures like:
3 / 4 + 1 / 16
4/4 + 1 / 8
3 / 8 + 3 / 8 + 3 / 8
and so on.

The latter is already possible - just bring up the Time Signature floating palette (press "T") and you can create a composite time signature. But the denominator has to be the same, so the first couple you mentioned wouldn't be possible. You could of course convert to a least common denominator (eg, 16/16 + 1/16), but that doesn't look as nice. You could mark it invisible then create a fake time signature as text for display purposes. So if you really need this right now, you might be able to et it done. But I'd agree that more dircet support would be nice for the future.
