Handling of accidentals shown with key change are not honored

I have done some testing on Nightly Build 17.11.2016 Windows 10. After a key change form Eb to F
I wanted musescore to show two naturals. There is an option that I have set. But this option seems not to be honored. After closing the dialoque and opening it again the choosen option is unchecked again.

With Musescore 2.0.3 I do not get this problem.

Confirmed, these options do not seem to work in the the experimental nightly builds. Could you file an official bug report on this via the issue tracker (eg, using Help / Report a Bug, from within MuseScore)?
