Less space between each score where the lyrics go.
I'd like to make the space where the lyrics are written a smaller space, I've tried working in the General / Style but not sure what is meant to work.
Is there a function sheet where we can quickly identify our needs.

For smaller lyrics space...
You can adjust the lyrics distance-to-staff (i.e. to decrease the lyrics top and/or bottom margins) via Style → General... → Page.

and, for offset of individual lyric lines - for example, to fix a collision with the ledger line(s) for a high (or low) note:
