header and footer
I have version 1.1 on Windows XP Professional, version 5.1.
I request the ability to put headers and footers on each page that can be different.
For instance, on the pages after page 1, I'd like to be able to put, "song title, page 2 of 4"
Obviously, the first number would have to be different on each page, so the feature needs to have the ability to make each page unique.
Do you know when the next version is coming out and if this feature will be included?

There is no official timetable, but they have said they are tentatively planning to put out 2.0 later this year (this year, of course, being 2012), and yes, the feature is already there, which can see by downloading one of the nightly builds (see the Development lonk in the menu at right of this page).
Fwiw, in the meantime, you can use the Copyright field as a footer, and try to position it in conjunction with page numbering to get something like what you are wanting. But realisitcally, you aren't likely to get exactly that.
