Numeric tempo markings instead of text.

Hello,

I'm using numeric tempo markings instead of text.
For example: “-quarter note-=120” instead of “Lively” .
I insert a rehearsal mark “-3 spaces-=120”
I then insert a quarter note from the symbols page and position it where I entered the three spaces.

Is there another way?
