Changing instrument

Hello..

Is it possible to change instrument after writting notes?
Ie I had written part for Bb clarinete but want to change (not copy) Eb Saxophone. (and thus change key too). In other software I'm able just to change instrument and all other is carred by program. Here I can't do that. I can transpose piece but it's still played with clarinet voice.
