Frame properties reset on open

After inserting a vertical frame, one can use right-click "VBox properties" to set its margins, and setting these all to zero causes the expected behavior. However, after saving and reopening the file, the margins have all been reset to the default (5mm). In general, setting the position, margins, size, etc. of frames seems unnecessarily complex.
